Package Processing Process
- Members' packages that are delivered to us by any major carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) or personal packages that have been dropped off for shipment to Trinidad and Tobago in Miami will be opened, inspected, verified and checked into our database upon receipt. Please note that there are restrictions on certain types of items which may be shipped via air freight to Trinidad (see the list below).
- Shipping costs are calculated based on whichever is greater between the actual weight and the volumetric weight, which is calculated in pounds using the formula (L x B x H).
- You will receive email updates which will allow you to track your packages that are in transit to Trinidad.

Our Shipping Coordinators will clear your packages through the Trinidad and Tobago Customs Service, upon arrival at Piarco International Airport.
- Our Coordinators will verify receipt of your packages and log them into our database after they have been cleared through TT Customs.
- You will receive an email alert to let you know that your packages are ready for delivery to your location. You can also pick up your packages in person at our pick up deck.
